Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bill Crane kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Quagitup's Emmanuel Vandsø got a free kick in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabrício Vinhas in the 16th minute of play forced Hunterton's goalkeeper Brookes Beale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Alberto Cochrane had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Brookes Beale. Hunterton's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberto Cochrane was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Brookes Beale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrício Vinhas in the 23rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Hunterton's zone, Fabrício Vinhas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brookes Beale came out of the goal and Fabrício Vinhas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Farid Mondragón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benny King, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Boyce Beaverley might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Brookes Beale. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Boyce Beaverley ran back to his position shaking his head. 35 minutes into the game, Fabrício Vinhas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Brookes Beale was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 40 minutes, Boyce Beaverley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quagitup's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boyce Beaverley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 42nd minute, Fabrício Vinhas made a precise shot to the right of Brookes Beale. Hunterton's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Caine Miels's late challenge caught a Quagitup's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Payton Thomas took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Farid Mondragón. Farid Mondragón dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. 76 minutes into the match, Quagitup's goal looked a bit too open when Benny King came free, but Farid Mondragón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hunterton's Edgar Brading got a free kick in the 81st minute. If Boyce Beaverley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Fabrício Vinhas came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Quagitup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabrício Vinhas couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Hunterton's goalkeeper Brookes Beale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abbott Beverley. Quagitup's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
