Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zaccheo Andolina took the kick off in the first half of the match. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alperen Öksüz in the 8th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Italy's Porziano Marchitelli got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Italy booed when New England Minas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conny Tingberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goal looked a bit too open when Sigfrido Auletta came free, but Jeremy Nicholas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Italy were awarded a corner. Sigfrido Auletta went to the cornerflag to take it. Sigfrido Auletta made a great header on Italy's corner, it was just that New England Minas's Jeremy Nicholas managed to reach the ball for a save. 16 minutes into the game, New England Minas's Edgardo Silva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Flavio Vittori made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Italy's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Edgardo Silva scored to the left of an out of position Flavio Vittori, making the score, 2-0. After 22 played minutes New England Minas got a freekick which was hit by Tony Pacheco. 27 minutes into the game, Edgardo Silva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Flavio Vittori was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeremy Nicholas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes into the game, Italy's Siricio Liotta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 59th match minute, New England Minas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tony Pacheco to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute, Tony Pacheco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 64 played minutes Italy got a freekick which was hit by Deodato Magliozzi. In the 76th minute, Zaccheo Andolina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 89th minute, one of Italy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Italy. 93 minutes in the game, Zaccheo Andolina dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. In the 97th minute, Lalo Rosas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
