But to his dismay, Zaccheo Andolina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Murat Oberlack received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Flavio Vittori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute Sigfrido Auletta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Larpe Cabrera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sigfrido Auletta got free in front of the goal in the 16th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Larpe Cabrera was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Nueva Adalucia's Celino Valines got a free kick in the 19th minute. Larpe Cabrera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flavio Vittori stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mané Alcaraz's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Larpe Cabrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 43rd minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Mané Alcaraz came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Murat Oberlack stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Zaccheo Andolina dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Larpe Cabrera, 1-3. 57 minutes into the match, Nueva Adalucia's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Larpe Cabrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Flavio Vittori prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cordarin Velazquez took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flavio Vittori. Flavio Vittori dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. The Nueva Adalucia supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Italy's performance. The match ended with a win for Italy.
