Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dominik Walczak took the kick off in the first half of the match. Henry Robiquet charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henry Robiquet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd minute, Henry Robiquet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 4 minutes into the match, France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ksawery Polkoski. During the 11th minute of the match Henry Robiquet completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Henry Robiquet a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Gruszowiec booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henry Robiquet didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the France defense, Dominik Walczak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maxime Durand. The France fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maxime Durand should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, France's Jean Bombelles got a free kick in the 15th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Dominik Walczak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maxime Durand. That made the score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. If Dominik Walczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camille Baume hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Bernard Zajac showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Peletier, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Marcin Resel hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Alexis Bruneau hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. If Camille Baume had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Frank Peletier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernard Zajac was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Frank Peletier made the kick off in the second half. Bernard Zajac took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remy Dupuy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank Peletier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Bernard Zajac made a huge save. In the 64th minute, Camille Baume ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernard Zajac was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. With his leg Bernard Zajac managed to avoid a goal in the 66thth minute, when France's Frank Peletier fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The corner led France's David Barbier to fire away a dangerous shot which Bernard Zajac despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Frank Peletier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Bernard Zajac made a huge save. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 75th match minute, Gruszowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugeniusz Komanski to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Peletier got free with Bernard Zajac in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dominik Walczak hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Bernard Zajac showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remy Dupuy, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 87th minute, France's Frank Peletier ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bernard Zajac. Bernard Zajac yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. In the 90th minute, Dominik Walczak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gruszowiec fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. After some careless play in the Gruszowiec defense, Frank Peletier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernard Zajac. The Gruszowiec fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernard Zajac should have stopped the shot. Despite being the better team, France failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
