Switzerland's Hias Nüssli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Switzerland from getting a goal against them. Gustavo Gol was extremely unlucky when he, in the 24th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Mikolaj Dlugi's late challenge caught a Switzerland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mikolaj Dlugi helped the player get up and apologised. Mikolaj Dlugi hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After 29 minutes of play, F.C. Sosnowiec's Gustavo Gol made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hias Nüssli was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, F.C. Sosnowiec's Dawid Juchno got a free kick in the 38th minute. Hias Nüssli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chaouki Ben Rau in the 42nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacinto Maurer during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 44 played minutes Switzerland got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Maurer. F.C. Sosnowiec's Gustavo Gol got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Hias Nüssli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Switzerland defense, Gustavo Gol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hias Nüssli. The Switzerland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hias Nüssli should have stopped the shot. Dawid Juchno struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Hias Nüssli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Sosnowiec. In the 86th minute, Gustavo Gol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hias Nüssli was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. Saturnino Honrio hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Switzerland's zone, Gustavo Gol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hias Nüssli came out of the goal and Gustavo Gol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. F.C.
