An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 6th minute of play forced Guará FC's goalkeeper Nelsinho Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balazs Lajos in the 23rd minute of play forced Guará FC's goalkeeper Nelsinho Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nelsinho Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 25th minute of the match. Nelsinho Nascimento didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Guará FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Kristian Beckenbauer hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Guará FC's Fodor Daniel threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Makan Baksø, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Makan Baksø in the 33rd minute of play. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vörös Henrik kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Makan Baksø hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelsinho Nascimento having to interfere. Szekeres Tamas hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Luís Pombal kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 48th minute of the match Antal Valentin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nelsinho Nascimento showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Guará FC's Nelsinho Nascimento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Guará FC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Antal Valentin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nelsinho Nascimento. That made the score 0-2 after 53 minutes of play. Kristian Beckenbauer charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kristian Beckenbauer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 69 minutes, Takacs Tibor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Takacs Tibor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
