Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kaido Jaas started the match with the kick off. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaido Jaas in the 3rd minute of play. FC Dundee's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arvo Kena in the 6th minute. The corner ended in Arvo Kena almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim did a great save. 7 minutes into the match, FC Dundee's Kaido Jaas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaido Jaas in the 9th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Dundee were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Portugal's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arvo Kena took the corner. The corner ended in Arvo Kena almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim did a great save. The Portugal fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Portugal's Daniel Pimentel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ain Averin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaido Jaas in the 20th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Arvo Kena fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Dundee's protests and gave Arvo Kena a yellow card for diving instead. Arvo Kena hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Caetano Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaido Jaas, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Wilson Amorim stood somewhat misplaced when Kaido Jaas came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 33 minute. Ain Averin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Moreira in the 41st minute of play. Caetano Moreira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ain Averin having to make a save. 42 minutes into the match, FC Dundee's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Moreira came free, but Ain Averin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 played minutes FC Dundee got a freekick which was hit by Ivo Elu. FC Dundee made a substitution. Edvin Hargi replaced Kaido Jaas. FC Dundee's Arno Luuk was substituted for Hardi Lind. Ivo Elu kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Felipe Barreto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viriato Moura to make the kick off. Felipe Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Felipe Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Ain Averin made a huge save. 54 minutes into the match, FC Dundee's Arno Luuk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arno Luuk might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arno Luuk ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 63rd minute Caetano Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ain Averin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Barreto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Ain Averin made a huge save. Verner Dalkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. After a rather tough play, FC Dundee's Verner Dalkvist got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 74th minute Bartolomeu Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ain Averin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Edvin Hargi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Dundee fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 84th minute of play forced FC Dundee's goalkeeper Ain Averin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Dundee's Guido Arujärv was substituted for Riivo Ess. Felipinho Amorim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ain Averin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Dundee had won after a very even match.
