Iustin Coporan was slow to take the kick. During this time Champions Iasi's players had a chance to rest. The audience thought a goal was coming when Corneliu Lupescu got free with 忠 杨浩南 in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Frank Lauria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 庞博亦, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 忠 杨浩南 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iustin Coporan in the 22nd minute. When Champions Iasi's Vasile Mumuleanu in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 庞博亦 helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Champions Iasi had won after a very even match.
