But to his dismay, Ksawery Gongola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Kevin Tevreden got a throw-in 13 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Izaak Spijker. After a rather tough play, FFC Merainies 03's Kevin Tevreden got a free kick in the 14th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomás Goren in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute, Ksawery Gongola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abelardo Zubizarreta was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a rather tough play, Atlético Letal's Andrézinho Furtado got a free kick in the 24th minute. Abelardo Zubizarreta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ksawery Gongola in the 25th minute of the match. Alfredinho Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 40 minutes of play, FFC Merainies 03's Łukasz Zwolinski made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abelardo Zubizarreta was left in no man's land by his defense there! Łukasz Zwolinski took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abelardo Zubizarreta. Abelardo Zubizarreta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Tomás Goren sent off a good shot on target. When Dursun Ali Mehmet fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético Letal's protests and gave Dursun Ali Mehmet a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Dursun Ali Mehmet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atlético Letal made a substitution. Pedro Silveira replaced Batu Cem Topay. Atlético Letal's Anderson Palmeira was substituted for César Toledo. After the first half FFC Merainies 03 were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pong Kula made a kick off. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pong Kula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Craandijk in the 59th minute of play forced Atlético Letal's goalkeeper Abelardo Zubizarreta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Ksawery Gongola's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abelardo Zubizarreta was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 69thth minute of the game Leon Craandijk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Letal's Abelardo Zubizarreta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abelardo Zubizarreta had great luck who in the 71stth minute grab hold of the ball when Leon Craandijk from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Łukasz Zwolinski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Abelardo Zubizarreta came out and tried to block the shot, but Łukasz Zwolinski slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 73rd minute. In the 77th minute Pong Kula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Pong Kula left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Letal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pong Kula in the 89th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Łukasz Zwolinski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abelardo Zubizarreta was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. When the final whistle sounded FFC Merainies 03 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Atlético Letal.
