The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A sloppy throw-in by Walter Bernaerts in the 3rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR's Thomas Stor. Walter Bernaerts charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Walter Bernaerts the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC Draconia's Walter Bernaerts got a free kick in the 15th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodolfo Gerber in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jerome Ngake prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Draconia's Jerome Ngake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Gerber in the 19th minute of play. Elias Félix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerome Ngake having to interfere. Benny Hill in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fabiano Pombal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. FC Draconia's Jerome Ngake played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Gerber in the 29th minute of play. Tomislav Mikalauskas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute, Tomislav Mikalauskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR made a substitution. Valério Silva replaced Robinho Porto. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benny Hill was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Benny Hill's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabiano Pombal was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. 63 minutes into the match, λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR's Abelardo Koehler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jerome Ngake narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Draconia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomislav Mikalauskas in the 65th minute. It was a well-played corner which Adrian Costandin managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 70 minutes into the game, Thomas Stor threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Draconia's Walter Bernaerts quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jerome Ngake stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abelardo Koehler's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Fabiano Pombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomislav Mikalauskas in the 75th minute of the match. Bresal McPhil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerome Ngake having to interfere. Joaquin Lekubegi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Draconia's goalkeeper Jerome Ngake, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Tomislav Mikalauskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Lekubegi in the 90th minute of play forced λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR's goalkeeper Fabiano Pombal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 94 minutes, Joaquin Lekubegi made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. λᴠαηᴛє ғᴄ.ᴿˢ•ᴮR's Fabiano Pombal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Draconia had won after a very even match.
