Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 minutes, Rami Funes Mori mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Slipmaskinerna and the Netherlands players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rami Funes Mori kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zorion Carić made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Lars Meesters blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zorion Carić having to make a save. Kees Mooiweer made in the 23rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Gustaaf Groeneveldt however managed to control. Zorion Carić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Styrbjörn Nilsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Slipmaskinerna's goal looked a bit too open when David Eikelkamp came free, but Zorion Carić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zorion Carić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 37th minute of the match. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rami Funes Mori hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Slipmaskinerna's Zorion Carić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Slipmaskinerna's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Netherlands's Gust Ennemans getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Zorion Carić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th match minute, Slipmaskinerna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peanut Lord to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the game, Örjan Örn was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Slipmaskinerna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Netherlands the free kick. In the 57th minute, Örjan Örn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Zorion Carić managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Netherlands's Wim Wilmes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Arnout Reekers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peanut Lord's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peanut Lord in the 60th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Peanut Lord came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Netherlands defense, Peanut Lord kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnout Reekers. The Netherlands fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnout Reekers should have stopped the shot. In the 70th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Slipmaskinerna's Örjan Örn got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Zorion Carić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. With a little luck, Slipmaskinerna's Zorion Carić got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 78th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Slipmaskinerna's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 80th match minute, Slipmaskinerna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karin Juniors to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st play minute Wim Wilmes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zorion Carić. 1-2. Slipmaskinerna's Don Frye was substituted for Jordi Alba. After 86 played minutes Slipmaskinerna got a freekick which was hit by Gust Rammer. In the 88th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zorion Carić was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. With a little luck, Slipmaskinerna's Zorion Carić got control of the ball when Wim Wilmes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zorion Carić. Zorion Carić dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Wim Wilmes hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Netherlands left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Slipmaskinerna.
