After a defensive mix-up in City Friseur Wuppertal's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xu Yi Lei came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xu Yi Lei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute, Avram Stegaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 32nd minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xu Yi Lei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boros Benedek kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Fodor Daniel was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Edwin Vestlund. In the 44th minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of Xu Yi Lei. City Friseur Wuppertal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Albi Martínez in the 53rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 59th minute of play forced City Friseur Wuppertal's goalkeeper Xu Yi Lei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldemar Ryback in the 61st minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Avram Stegaru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. City Friseur Wuppertal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. After a rather tough play, City Friseur Wuppertal's Avram Stegaru got a free kick in the 62nd minute. City Friseur Wuppertal's Nebi Tokyürek was substituted for Avram Stegaru. Xu Yi Lei made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. Waldemar Ryback received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to City Friseur Wuppertal getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Nuratay Ergüner hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Major Barna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xu Yi Lei was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The supporters of City Friseur Wuppertal booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szekeres Tamas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute of the match Edwin Vestlund shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fodor Daniel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albi Martínez's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldemar Ryback in the 91st minute of play. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
