The supporters of Belgium booed when Tours Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Santi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edward Vanderstraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nathan Bayon having to make a save. The wind increased when Marcel Singer made the kick off in the second half. Edward Vanderstraeten who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 51stth minute tested the skills of Nathan Bayon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Edward Vanderstraeten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Nathan Bayon made a huge save. In the 61st minute Robin Afonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Edward Vanderstraeten made a precise shot to the right of Nathan Bayon. Tours Football Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. 69 minutes into the match, Tours Football Club's goalkeeper Nathan Bayon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. In the 69th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nathan Bayon. The goal made the score 1-6. Edward Vanderstraeten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Nathan Bayon came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten. But to his dismay, Edward Vanderstraeten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. If Edward Vanderstraeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 88 played minutes Tours Football Club got a freekick which was hit by René Grégori. Siebe Michiels struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Nathan Bayon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belgium. Belgium's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
