In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. HollywooDogs were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ronaldinho Lago took the corner. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardinho Alvarenga in the 25th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Ronaldinho Lago got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fodor Daniel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ricardinho Alvarenga might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fodor Daniel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardinho Alvarenga ran back to his position shaking his head. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Alvarenga in the 31st minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ricardinho Alvarenga was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Antal Valentin got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Adhemar Lira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Ricardinho Alvarenga managed to get in a good position for a shot. HollywooDogs's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardinho Alvarenga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. HollywooDogs made a substitution. Lukasz Sidor replaced Ricardinho Alvarenga. After 64 minutes, Ronaldinho Lago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HollywooDogs and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Hungary booed when HollywooDogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldinho Lago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Szekeres Tamas got a throw-in 86 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Takacs Tibor. 89 minutes into the match, Lukasz Sidor notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Hungary's Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Lukasz Sidor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. In the 95th minute, Lukasz Sidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, HollywooDogs's Ronaldinho Lago got a free kick in the 95th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The HollywooDogs fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hungary had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
