France's Maxime Durand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save France from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, CERPA's Maxime Durand threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mauricio Macías, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to CERPA getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Efrain Roldan hit a great ball. In the 38th minute Efrain Roldan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
