Konrad Dunajski charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Konrad Dunajski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Konrad Dunajski hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. A collision led to Croatia getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Dinko Stankovic hit a great ball. Dinko Stankovic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Brzonkala having to interfere. After 8 minutes, Edvard Rakek made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Czechovitz Czechowice's Roch Brzonkala tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Aleksander Pahucki's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ilija Skugor firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 17 minutes Czechovitz Czechowice's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dinko Stankovic who took care of the corner kick. After having played for 19 minutes, Edvard Rakek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Croatia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edvard Rakek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Croatia's Ilija Skugor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Croatia from getting a goal against them. Damir Pongrac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Roch Brzonkala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Croatia were furious when Silvije Santek was red carded, 31 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 31 minutes into the game, one of Croatia:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The audience was convinced that Edvard Rakek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roch Brzonkala was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Ilija Skugor made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Aleksander Pahucki sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes into the match, Croatia's goal looked a bit too open when Jedrzej Praski came free, but Ilija Skugor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jedrzej Gondek was the one to do the kick off. Waldemar Jakisz hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute, Jedrzej Gondek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th minute, Konrad Dunajski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edvard Rakek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Brzonkala having to interfere. After 64 played minutes Martin Bosak rounded Czechovitz Czechowice's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. Edvard Rakek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Roch Brzonkala made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Czechovitz Czechowice's Wieslaw Wojtyna got a free kick in the 68th minute. Waldemar Jakisz hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Roch Brzonkala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvard Rakek in the 72nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Ludomil Pstrongowski put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jedrzej Gondek in the 79th minute of play. Martin Bosak struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Roch Brzonkala didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Croatia. Patryk Tomaka's late challenge caught a Croatia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patryk Tomaka helped the player get up and apologised. Damir Pongrac struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Roch Brzonkala didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Croatia. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patryk Tomaka, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Damir Pongrac kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludomil Pstrongowski in the 89th minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Croatia's Edvard Rakek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roch Brzonkala made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Croatia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
