Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Chris Nygaard got the match started through his kick off. After 4 played minutes Vama Veche ™ got a freekick which was hit by Traian Ghionaru. Vama Veche ™'s Helmuth Duckadam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 5th minute of play. In the 7thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vama Veche ™'s Helmuth Duckadam was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vama Veche ™'s zone, Chris Nygaard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Helmuth Duckadam came out of the goal and Chris Nygaard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Keld Paulsen made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Daniel Tănăsocă sent off a good shot on target. Simon Bendtsen hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Helmuth Duckadam. Vama Veche ™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chris Nygaard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Helmuth Duckadam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute of the match Denmark got a corner. Vama Veche ™'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Chris Nygaard ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Olav Graversen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Vama Veche ™'s Helmuth Duckadam did a great save. The corner led to Denmark's Olav Graversen getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Keld Paulsen was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Dan Şoimaru capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dan Şoimaru really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Helmuth Duckadam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicu Bara kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Helmuth Duckadam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

After 52 played minutes Vama Veche ™ got a freekick which was hit by Dan Şoimaru. After 54 minutes, Daniel Tănăsocă made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Denmark's Keld Paulsen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Helmuth Duckadam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikkel Wulff in the 58th minute of play. In the 66th minute Daniel Tănăsocă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chris Nygaard struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Helmuth Duckadam didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. Vama Veche ™'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Chris Nygaard scored to the left of an out of position Helmuth Duckadam, making the score, 2-2. After 80 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Bertram Svenningsen. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Helmuth Duckadam saved Vama Veche ™ from getting behind. After 88 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Bjarne Kirkegaard. Daniel Tănăsocă took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Keld Paulsen. Denmark's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 93rd minute of play forced Vama Veche ™'s goalkeeper Helmuth Duckadam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chris Nygaard scored 2-3 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Helmuth Duckadam, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over Denmark could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vama Veche ™ throughout the match.
