When Italy's Zaccheo Andolina in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gothic Souls's goalie prevented a goal. Lemi Uğurlubey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 19th minute of the match. Gothic Souls's Lemi Uğurlubey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 21st minute of play. After 23 minutes, Erhan Ascı made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Italy's Flavio Vittori tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Radowit Dziuma got free with Flavio Vittori in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gothic Souls's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Italy the free kick. The corner led Italy's Sigfrido Auletta to fire away a dangerous shot which Lemi Uğurlubey despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zaccheo Andolina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Erhan Ascı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Italy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gothic Souls throughout the match.
