Thanks to some nice moves Gustaaf Groeneveldt could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Cihat Ecemiş however easily saved by the left post. Cihat Ecemiş made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Wim Wilmes sent off a good shot on target. Cihat Ecemiş was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Gustaaf Groeneveldt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gustaaf Groeneveldt really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1.
