Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Zaccheo Andolina started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Matei Răducu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 6th minute of the match. Constantin Bot made in the 8th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Martin Zafiu. Roque Arixo's late challenge caught a Italy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roque Arixo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Carpathians getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Roque Arixo hit a great ball. In the 19th minute, Zaccheo Andolina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Matei Răducu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zaccheo Andolina's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Matei Răducu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stefan Dobay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Carpathians got a freekick which was hit by Martin Zafiu. Carpathians's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Zaccheo Andolina scored to the left of an out of position Matei Răducu, making the score, 0-3. After a rather tough play, Carpathians's Martin Zafiu got a free kick in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Dobay in the 64th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
