The throw-in from Sylwester Sobania in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Bal op het Dak's Joop Meder. If Rigoberto Piearres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 20th minute Rigoberto Piearres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harvey Davies saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Artur Mendes could shoot a difficult shot in the 21st minute, which Fabian Söderström however easily saved by the left post. A sloppy throw-in by Sylwester Sobania in the 23rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Bal op het Dak's Joop Meder. 26 minutes into the game, Dan Kjellman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Fabian Söderström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 29 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Blomquist came free, but Harvey Davies reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 31 minutes FC Bal op het Dak's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Conrad Vrolijcx who took care of the corner kick. Joop Meder charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joop Meder the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th match minute, FC Bal op het Dak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joop Meder to maneuver through the defense. Dan Kjellman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabian Söderström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Kjellman in the 44th minute of play forced Haithabu FC's goalkeeper Fabian Söderström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Lucas Martínez Quarta made in the 51st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Kurt Slaghmeulders immediately put the ball in play. Dan Kjellman scored 3-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabian Söderström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Conrad Vrolijcx kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. FC Bal op het Dak made a substitution. Martijn August replaced Dan Kjellman. Martijn August scored 4-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabian Söderström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Martijn August blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabian Söderström having to make a save. Fabian Söderström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martijn August in the 70th minute of play. Haithabu FC's attentive Harold Van Cruchten managed to snatch the ball when Joop Meder made a throw-in in the 74th minute of the game. In the 78th minute, Jacinto Torres fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Harvey Davies, passed just outside the right post. With an all-out effort, Haithabu FC's Harvey Davies threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jacinto Torres, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Martijn August had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 87th minute Martijn August shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Söderström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, FC Bal op het Dak's Martijn August nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
