The audience thought a goal was coming when Catalino Rivarola got free with Kamiel Ingelborgh in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Ad Fundum fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Ad Fundum's Jordi Paschiers looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ad Fundum's Kamiel Ingelborgh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ervigio Ojeda in the 20th minute of play. Manfred Bruse ran over to the corner to take the kick. Olavarria FC's Michel Hendrickx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Olavarria FC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Ad Fundum's Jordi Paschiers slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Michel Hendrickx. That made the score 0-4 after 80 minutes of play. Ad Fundum's Kamiel Ingelborgh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Matas in the 83rd minute of play. In the 86th minute of the match, Tran Vrolijcx tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Michel Hendrickx saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.
