Twelve Ravens's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remy Van Eyken was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Twelve Ravens's Roland Vanden Broucke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remy Van Eyken in the 11th minute of play. Conrad Vrolijcx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The throw-in from Bruno Cappelsmans in the 23rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Haithabu FC's Sylwester Sobania. In the 24th match minute, Twelve Ravens was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierre Van Hinnendael to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinard Hennes in the 27th minute of play forced Haithabu FC's goalkeeper Fabian Söderström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th match minute, Haithabu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylwester Sobania to maneuver through the defense. Osvald Lindberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Fabian Söderström made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Remy Van Eyken managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haithabu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Remy Van Eyken was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roland Vanden Broucke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute Remy Van Eyken shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Vanden Broucke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Twelve Ravens's goal looked a bit too open when Remy Van Eyken came free, but Roland Vanden Broucke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Reinard Hennes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Söderström was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Remy Van Eyken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Reinard Hennes to make the kick off. A collision led to Twelve Ravens getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Osvald Lindberg hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remy Van Eyken got free with Roland Vanden Broucke in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Haithabu FC's Remy Van Eyken slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Roland Vanden Broucke. That made the score 1-2 after 56 minutes of play. 65 minutes into the match, Haithabu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Reinard Hennes came free, but Fabian Söderström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Haithabu FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Sylwester Sobania hit a great ball. Haithabu FC's Rigoberto Piearres was substituted for Remy Van Eyken. Sylwester Sobania kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Haithabu FC's Adrian Astigar was substituted for Simon Blomquist. Haithabu FC's Conrad Vrolijcx quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Roberto-Carlos van Beek, made in the 77th minute of the game. In the 83rd minute Twelve Ravens were awarded a corner. Lennart De Coster went to the cornerflag to take it. Vicent Duranseau was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Rigoberto Piearres blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roland Vanden Broucke having to make a save. Roland Vanden Broucke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rigoberto Piearres in the 86th minute. When Haithabu FC's Rigoberto Piearres in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Haithabu FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Twelve Ravens the free kick. After a rather tough play, Haithabu FC's Gervasio Albonico got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Twelve Ravens's Lennart De Coster couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Haithabu FC. When the final whistle sounded Haithabu FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Twelve Ravens.
