The crowd rose to their feet as Haithabu FC's Remy Van Eyken slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Radamel Hendrickx. That made the score 2-0 after 9 minutes of play. After 16 minutes, Yuri Portugal made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Haithabu FC's Fabian Söderström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the match, Haithabu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri Portugal came free, but Fabian Söderström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remy Van Eyken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Remy Van Eyken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Radamel Hendrickx made an important save on a dangerous shot by Remy Van Eyken in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Fauna Utd's goalkeeper Radamel Hendrickx had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Remy Van Eyken. Fabian Söderström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pieterjan Anteunis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 36 minutes of play, Fauna Utd's Yuri Portugal made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabian Söderström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pieterjan Anteunis in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Söderström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

53 minutes into the game, Remy Van Eyken cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Radamel Hendrickx was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 62nd minute Pieterjan Anteunis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Söderström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pieterjan Anteunis in the 62nd minute of play forced Haithabu FC's goalkeeper Fabian Söderström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Haithabu FC's goalkeeper Fabian Söderström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Haithabu FC's Fabian Söderström got control of the ball when Unai Sócrates tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yuri Portugal got free with Fabian Söderström in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Yuri Portugal, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 70 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Fabian Söderström was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Haithabu FC made a substitution. Rigoberto Piearres replaced Remy Van Eyken. Rigoberto Piearres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radamel Hendrickx read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th minute Pieterjan Anteunis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Söderström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabian Söderström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yuri Portugal, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Haithabu FC's Adrian Astigar was substituted for Simon Blomquist. Önder Kaçan kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After 94 played minutes, Fauna Utd's 董文鹰 shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabian Söderström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fauna Utd reached it. In the 96th minute of the match 董文鹰 shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabian Söderström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
