The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Les Presidents FC's Kuido Undusk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robertinho Carabajal in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute AFC Koolkerke were awarded a corner. Clóvis Bittencourt went to the cornerflag to take it. AFC Koolkerke's Clóvis Bittencourt was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kuido Undusk in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Les Presidents FC's Kuido Undusk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robertinho Carabajal in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Hermelando Coello recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ulises Steven. Hermelando Coello showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Durval Aparecido in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulises Steven prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven got control of the ball when Hermelando Coello tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st minute Robertinho Carabajal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuido Undusk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute of the match AFC Koolkerke got a corner. Les Presidents FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Clóvis Bittencourt ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ulises Steven made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermelando Coello in the 44th minute. In the 47th minute of the match, Hermelando Coello got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ulises Steven was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermelando Coello in the 51st minute of play forced AFC Koolkerke's goalkeeper Ulises Steven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kuido Undusk made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Robertinho Carabajal sent off a good shot on target. 61 minutes into the match, Les Presidents FC's goalkeeper Kuido Undusk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robertinho Carabajal. A collision led to AFC Koolkerke getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Clóvis Bittencourt hit a great ball. Ulises Steven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durval Aparecido in the 63rd minute of play. Romeo Loiola made in the 64th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by AFC Koolkerke's Alex Koit. 68 minutes into the match, Les Presidents FC's goal looked a bit too open when Robertinho Carabajal came free, but Kuido Undusk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hermelando Coello in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ulises Steven prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the AFC Koolkerke defense, Durval Aparecido kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ulises Steven. The AFC Koolkerke fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ulises Steven should have stopped the shot. Durval Aparecido kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Romeo Loiola kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the AFC Koolkerke players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Les Presidents FC.
