Ilija Skugor was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edmund Smuskiewicz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Damir Pongrac hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After 10 minutes of play, Dorren's Gwidon Jaroch made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ilija Skugor was left in no man's land by his defense there! 17 minutes into the match, Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gwidon Jaroch. The Croatia fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Croatia's Toni Mauzer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Bogumil Warka took a quick shot and it went in 5-1 without a chance for Ilija Skugor to make any attempt to save it. 24 minutes into the game, Bogumil Warka recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ilija Skugor. Bogumil Warka showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-1. In the 27th minute, Edmund Smuskiewicz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ilija Skugor. The goal made the score 7-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bogumil Warka in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ilija Skugor saved Croatia from getting behind. After some careless play in the Croatia defense, Gwidon Jaroch kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ilija Skugor. The Croatia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ilija Skugor should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Dorren's Bogumil Warka slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ilija Skugor. That made the score 10-1 after 40 minutes of play. 43 minutes into the match, Edmund Smuskiewicz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ilija Skugor, 11-1. In the 46th minute, Dorren's Edmund Smuskiewicz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 12-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 12-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Bogumil Warka made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Dorren's Gwidon Jaroch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ilija Skugor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 13-1. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Janusz Smolarek in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwidon Jaroch in the 72nd minute of play forced Croatia's goalkeeper Ilija Skugor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute Bogumil Warka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilija Skugor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Smuskiewicz in the 74th minute of play. But to his dismay, Edmund Smuskiewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 17-1. Dinko Stankovic could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Stanislaw Derlanga made a huge save. Bogumil Warka took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 19-1. A sloppy throw-in by Martin Bosak in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Dorren's Tadeusz Marchewka. The audience was convinced that Bogumil Warka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ilija Skugor was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toni Mauzer in the 96th minute of play forced Dorren's goalkeeper Stanislaw Derlanga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Dorren fully deserved thier win.
