Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Östen Hedin started the match with the kick off. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silviu Novac in the 5th minute of play. Brazilio Butt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silviu Novac in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Hungary booed when DIF LEEDS BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jörgen Beckman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Vörös Henrik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Balazs Lajos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Balazs Lajos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brazilio Butt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Brazilio Butt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balazs Lajos in the 24th minute of play. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after DIF LEEDS BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Hegedus Henrik heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After a defensive mix-up in DIF LEEDS BK's zone, Takacs Tibor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brazilio Butt came out of the goal and Takacs Tibor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brazilio Butt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brazilio Butt having to interfere. Silviu Novac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 played minutes DIF LEEDS BK got a freekick which was hit by Jörgen Beckman. In the 45th minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tanek Bobrowski in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

With a little luck, DIF LEEDS BK's Brazilio Butt got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silviu Novac in the 52nd minute of play. In the 56th minute of the match Ranko Živković sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fodor Daniel skillfully saved the ball. DIF LEEDS BK's Brazilio Butt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save DIF LEEDS BK from getting a goal against them. In the 62nd minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brazilio Butt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 63rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Brazilio Butt quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Östen Hedin during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. DIF LEEDS BK made a substitution. Jesper Larsson replaced Mei Jie Feng. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulf Nordlander in the 74th minute of play. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Brazilio Butt made a huge save. Bakos Endre kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. A collision led to DIF LEEDS BK getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Östen Hedin hit a great ball. In the 90th minute Östen Hedin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Hungary players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
