With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bawang Merah in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victor Orlandus saved ALEMCA from getting behind. In the 20th minute, Bawang Merah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Orlandus was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a rather tough play, SAPI FC's Duta Setiawan got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute, Bawang Merah made a precise shot to the right of Victor Orlandus. ALEMCA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The supporters of SAPI FC booed when ALEMCA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laureano Millrick didn't get a good kick on the ball. Duta Setiawan's late challenge caught a ALEMCA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Duta Setiawan helped the player get up and apologised. Duta Setiawan hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. ALEMCA's Victor Orlandus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bawang Merah in the 35th minute of play. After 39 minutes of play, SAPI FC's Bawang Merah made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victor Orlandus was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pendekar Harum charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pendekar Harum the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes SAPI FC got a freekick which was hit by Pendekar Harum. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Duta Setiawan to make the kick off. Duta Setiawan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Orlandus having to interfere. Bawang Merah might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victor Orlandus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bawang Merah ran back to his position shaking his head. Victor Orlandus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bawang Merah in the 57th minute of play. Bawang Merah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A sloppy throw-in by Santiago Efren in the 66th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SAPI FC's Pendekar Harum. 76 minutes into the match, Bawang Merah notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of ALEMCA's Victor Orlandus. Victor Orlandus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 79th minute, Hesky Latuihamalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 81st play minutes Bawang Merah shot 0-7, a short shot which went by Victor Orlandus and just under the crossbar into goal. German Amato made in the 89th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SAPI FC's Pendekar Harum. In the 91st minute, Bawang Merah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Orlandus was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Victor Orlandus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bawang Merah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th match minute, ALEMCA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laureano Millrick to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over SAPI FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ALEMCA throughout the match.
