Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Duta Setiawan started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bawang Merah in the 3rd minute of play forced FÊNIX F.C.'s goalkeeper Alfredo Paraibano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SAPI FC were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after FÊNIX F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bawang Merah took the corner. The corner ended in Bawang Merah almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FÊNIX F.C.'s Alfredo Paraibano did a great save. Evaristo Martins kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Bawang Merah reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfredo Paraibano. The goal made the score 1-0. Kauã Moreno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of SAPI FC booed when FÊNIX F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Martins didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st match minute, SAPI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duta Setiawan to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the game, one of SAPI FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Alfredo Paraibano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bawang Merah went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Paijo Sutrisna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kauã Moreno in the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind FÊNIX F.C.'s goalkeeper Alfredo Paraibano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, FÊNIX F.C.'s goalkeeper Alfredo Paraibano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bawang Merah. When Valério Zonta fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FÊNIX F.C.'s protests and gave Valério Zonta a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st minute, Valério Zonta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute of the match, Bawang Merah got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alfredo Paraibano was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bengt Bouchard was the one to do the kick off. 50 minutes into the match, FÊNIX F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Bawang Merah came free, but Alfredo Paraibano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 51 minutes FÊNIX F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bawang Merah who took care of the corner kick. SAPI FC's Anak Jamet was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alfredo Paraibano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The SAPI FC fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when SAPI FC's Bawang Merah looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind FÊNIX F.C.'s goalkeeper Alfredo Paraibano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Bawang Merah had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfredo Paraibano. FÊNIX F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bawang Merah was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Bawang Merah managed to get in a good position for a shot. SAPI FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bawang Merah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredo Paraibano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfredo Paraibano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bawang Merah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62ndth minute of the game Bawang Merah who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FÊNIX F.C.'s Alfredo Paraibano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alfredo Paraibano came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by SAPI FC's Bawang Merah. But to his dismay, Bawang Merah quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. FÊNIX F.C.'s Luiz Paulo Cunha was substituted for Tiago Gabriel Damião. In the 75th minute Kauã Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paijo Sutrisna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bawang Merah in the 79th minute of play forced FÊNIX F.C.'s goalkeeper Alfredo Paraibano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Bawang Merah's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfredo Paraibano was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. SAPI FC's Paijo Sutrisna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauã Moreno in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute of the match FÊNIX F.C. got a corner. SAPI FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marquinhos Teixeira ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kauã Moreno was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Alfredo Paraibano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bawang Merah in the 90th minute of the match. The supporters of FÊNIX F.C. booed when SAPI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hesky Latuihamalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bawang Merah in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfredo Paraibano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. For all the effort they put into the match, the FÊNIX F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SAPI FC.
