Garphyttan were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Disco Inferno FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jens-Ola Nordin took the corner. After taking down the ball on Garphyttan's corner Jens-Ola Nordin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jimmy Fraser quite easily take care of the ball. Jimmy Fraser made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Käcker in the 11th minute of play. Jimmy Fraser made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernt Nordmark in the 13th minute. Jonatan Käcker was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 17th minute. Garphyttan's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Lucas Delbridge's late challenge caught a Garphyttan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucas Delbridge helped the player get up and apologised. Lucas Delbridge hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, Garphyttan's Jonatan Käcker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jimmy Fraser narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Garphyttan's Jonatan Käcker slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jimmy Fraser. That made the score 2-0 after 21 minutes of play. Jörgen Gummeson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ben Sparks, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Garphyttan's Egon Bratt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jimmy Fraser. That made the score 3-0 after 26 minutes of play. 34 minutes into the match, Disco Inferno FC's goalkeeper Jimmy Fraser had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Egon Bratt. 39 minutes into the game, Greger Lundkvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Jörgen Gummeson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 44 minutes into the game, Disco Inferno FC's Greger Lundkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jörgen Gummeson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. In the 46th match minute, Disco Inferno FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rocky Balboa to maneuver through the defense. Jonatan Käcker blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jimmy Fraser having to make a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

Jimmy Fraser came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Garphyttan's Jens-Ola Nordin. But to his dismay, Jens-Ola Nordin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. 57 minutes into the game, Garphyttan's Bernt Nordmark nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jimmy Fraser made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Garphyttan's Jörgen Gummeson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greger Lundkvist in the 70th minute of play. Rocky Balboa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Jörgen Gummeson made a huge save. In the 74th minute, Jonatan Käcker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of Disco Inferno FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Garphyttan:s goal. In the 82nd match minute, Disco Inferno FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Greger Lundkvist to maneuver through the defense. Jimmy Fraser took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernt Nordmark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jörgen Gummeson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ben Sparks showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-3 in the 87 minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Garphyttan's goal looked a bit too open when Rocky Balboa came free, but Jörgen Gummeson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Jens-Ola Nordin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-3. Jimmy Fraser was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There was no doubt that Garphyttan were the better team. Garphyttan's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
