The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

FRIENDS CITY's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Bengt Bouchard scored to the left of an out of position João Pedro Guedes, making the score, 0-2. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind FRIENDS CITY's goalkeeper João Pedro Guedes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FÊNIX F.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
