An unexpectedly hard shot by 许明卫 in the 11th minute of play forced Arquímedes's goalkeeper Jeremias Cordario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes, Fernando Nabar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arquímedes and the Pan FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ramon Abila's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sebastian Quirce firmly grabbed it by the left post. Pan FC's Arturo Jon quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ciriaco Endura, made in the 32nd minute of the game. In the 37th minute, 许明卫 made a precise shot to the right of Jeremias Cordario. Arquímedes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 40 minutes into the match, Arquímedes's goal looked a bit too open when 许明卫 came free, but Jeremias Cordario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when 许明卫 got free with Jeremias Cordario in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 许明卫's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeremias Cordario read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Pan FC made a substitution. Arnaldo Urtzi replaced 许明卫. A sloppy throw-in by Ciriaco Endura in the 58th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Pan FC's Arturo Jon. The crowd rose to their feet as Pan FC's Arnaldo Urtzi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jeremias Cordario. That made the score 0-4 after 60 minutes of play. Pan FC's Sixto Raymond was substituted for Nelson Hawley. Sebastian Quirce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Nabar in the 67th minute of the match. Pan FC's Antonio Sabina was substituted for Ambrosio Opilano. Beltrán De Filippo kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Ramon Abila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Sebastian Quirce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnaldo Urtzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeremias Cordario read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play.
