The audience thought a goal was coming when Germano Bettencourt got free with Santos Orlan in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th match minute, AFC FUSION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dawid Beckham to maneuver through the defense. Roberto Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Manex in the 15th minute of play. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Aureliano Karlo sped through El Fortín de Floresta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Santos Orlan. 22 minutes into the match, El Fortín de Floresta's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Karlo came free, but Santos Orlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to AFC FUSION getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Romulo Abilio hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Flavio Luar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santos Orlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Karlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute Delmar Manex shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, El Fortín de Floresta's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Karlo came free, but Santos Orlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The wind increased when Aureliano Karlo made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in El Fortín de Floresta's zone, Romulo Abilio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santos Orlan came out of the goal and Romulo Abilio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Aureliano Karlo came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the AFC FUSION fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aureliano Karlo couldn't finish the play. El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Karlo in the 54th minute of play. Germano Bettencourt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Orlan having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Aureliano Karlo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan. Santos Orlan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Delmar Manex blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roberto Eztebe having to make a save. 71 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavio Luar. In the 71st minute, Salvador Hats reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roberto Eztebe. The goal made the score 2-1. AFC FUSION's Mari Balotelli was substituted for Aureliano Karlo. El Fortín de Floresta's Silvestre Valiente was substituted for Lucio Stanislao. Santos Orlan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wojciech Fiszer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe got control of the ball when Flavio Luar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonatan Maidana hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the match, El Fortín de Floresta's Salvador Hats broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestre Valiente in the 95th minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. AFC FUSION had won after a very even match.
