After having played for 3 minutes, Saturnino Rubio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Rio Tercero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saturnino Rubio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8th minute, Salvador Hats made a precise shot to the right of Alvar Öberg. Club Atletico Rio Tercero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, El Fortín de Floresta's Salvador Hats sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvar Öberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 13th minute, El Fortín de Floresta's Salvador Hats ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alvar Öberg. Alvar Öberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Rubio in the 16th minute of play. Desiderio Brais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Atletico Rio Tercero's Alvar Öberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Stanislao in the 30th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Lucio Stanislao's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alvar Öberg was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. In the 32nd minute El Fortín de Floresta were awarded a corner. Casimiro Policarpio went to the cornerflag to take it. Alvar Öberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salvador Hats in the 34th minute. Jacobo Mark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Santos Orlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fred Karlsson kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Alvar Öberg made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Desiderio Brais sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alejandro Jerrald made a kick off. If Marcelo Eladio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 54th minute, Marcelo Eladio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute of the match Casimiro Policarpio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alvar Öberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Rio Tercero's Alejandro Jerrald got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Lucio Stanislao hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 67 played minutes El Fortín de Floresta got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Luar. Santos Orlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Mark in the 70th minute of play. Salvador Hats struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Alvar Öberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Fortín de Floresta. El Fortín de Floresta's Inocencio Lixandro was substituted for Cristo Orlan. After having played for 76 minutes, Jacobo Mark managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Rio Tercero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacobo Mark was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alvar Öberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucio Stanislao's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. 84 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Rio Tercero's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Hats came free, but Alvar Öberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Club Atletico Rio Tercero booed when El Fortín de Floresta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvino Tinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Club Atletico Rio Tercero getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Gaudencio Romano hit a great ball. El Fortín de Floresta were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Club Atletico Rio Tercero for a fine match.
