Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cecilio Tristan kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Road To Glory's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Genaro Elivareo was slow to take the kick. During this time Abuba Akotonon FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Road To Glory's goalie and right to Ariel Artaldo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Road To Glory's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 8thth minute of the game Gugu de Mendonça who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Abuba Akotonon FC's Hugo Orlando Gatti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ariel Venerando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Tristan in the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Gugu de Mendonça ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hugo Orlando Gatti was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Rogelio Abeita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hugo Orlando Gatti firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 14th minute, Road To Glory's Rogelio Abeita ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hugo Orlando Gatti. Hugo Orlando Gatti yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Tobias Mambru kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Tristan in the 17th minute of play forced Road To Glory's goalkeeper Ariel Venerando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Orlando Gatti came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Road To Glory's Gugu de Mendonça. But to his dismay, Gugu de Mendonça quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Road To Glory's Ariel Venerando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Tristan in the 25th minute of play. Gugu de Mendonça might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugo Orlando Gatti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gugu de Mendonça ran back to his position shaking his head. 34 minutes into the match, Abuba Akotonon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gugu de Mendonça came free, but Hugo Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Road To Glory's Gregorio Guillelmo got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute, Genaro Elivareo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When J.J Okocha fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Abuba Akotonon FC's protests and gave J.J Okocha a yellow card for diving instead. After 38 played minutes Abuba Akotonon FC got a freekick which was hit by J.J Okocha. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gugu de Mendonça to strike the kick off in the second half. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gugu de Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 58th match minute, Abuba Akotonon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by J.J Okocha to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Orlando Gatti came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Road To Glory's Gugu de Mendonça. But to his dismay, Gugu de Mendonça quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. A sloppy throw-in by J.J Okocha in the 67th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Road To Glory's Leonardo Gaspard. Road To Glory's Ariel Venerando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Tristan in the 73rd minute of play. Ariel Venerando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Tristan in the 77th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Abuba Akotonon FC's J.J Okocha got a free kick in the 80th minute. Asso Kraav hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Ariel Venerando acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 85th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Genaro Elivareo. J.J Okocha made in the 87th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Emiliano Enol immediately put the ball in play. 89 minutes into the match, Road To Glory's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Tristan came free, but Ariel Venerando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tobias Mambru during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tobias Mambru kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Abuba Akotonon FC's Vânderson Barbosa was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 93rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal.
