Zuberbühler FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abelardo Nardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvar Öberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alvar Öberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Lastur in the 14th minute of the match. In the 21stth minute of the game Saul Baumer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atletico Rio Tercero's Alvar Öberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alvar Öberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saul Baumer's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The Zuberbühler FC fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Zuberbühler FC's Saul Baumer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alejandro Jerrald to make the kick off.
