If Gugu de Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gugu de Mendonça was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. AFC FUSION had won after a very even match.
