The supporters of Falconara Albanese booed when Road To Glory was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gao Xing Zhen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gugu de Mendonça received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arne Grabner came out and tried to block the shot, but Gugu de Mendonça slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 33rd minute. Gugu de Mendonça could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Arne Grabner made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dráuzio Pontes in the 44th minute of play forced Road To Glory's goalkeeper Ariel Venerando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Gao Xing Zhen was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Falconara Albanese's Honorio Firman was substituted for Anier Omero. Falconara Albanese made a substitution. Martin Goren replaced Dráuzio Pontes. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Kaarlo Menem managed to get in a good position for a shot. Falconara Albanese's supporters rose to their feet, but Kaarlo Menem was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ariel Venerando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute Kaarlo Menem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Venerando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 93 played minutes Road To Glory got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Guillelmo. 94 minutes into the match, Arsenio Eufrasio notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Road To Glory's Ariel Venerando. Ariel Venerando was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Road To Glory supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Falconara Albanese's performance. The match ended with a win for Falconara Albanese.
