After some careless play in the De Boedo Vengo defense, Gugu de Mendonça kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wawrzyniec Charamut. The De Boedo Vengo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wawrzyniec Charamut should have stopped the shot. If Cipriano Aresti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Road To Glory's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Jenaro came free, but Ariel Venerando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ariel Venerando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Gheară, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 26thth minute of the game Norbert Chwalkiewicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Road To Glory's Ariel Venerando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 28 minutes into the match, De Boedo Vengo's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Charamut had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gugu de Mendonça. 30 minutes into the game, Hilario Otsando threw the ball into play from the sideline. Road To Glory's Leonardo Gaspard quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Road To Glory's Gugu de Mendonça in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye De Boedo Vengo's goalie prevented a goal. Ariel Venerando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Chwalkiewicz in the 34th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Placido Jenaro in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariel Venerando saved Road To Glory from getting behind. Gugu de Mendonça who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Wawrzyniec Charamut when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 42nd minute Cipriano Aresti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Venerando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led De Boedo Vengo's Cipriano Aresti to fire away a dangerous shot which Ariel Venerando despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. De Boedo Vengo's Wawrzyniec Charamut proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save De Boedo Vengo from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Gugu de Mendonça made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norbert Chwalkiewicz got free with Ariel Venerando in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 57 minutes, Hilario Otsando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the De Boedo Vengo and the Road To Glory players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 58th minute, Rogelio Abeita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Gugu de Mendonça came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Road To Glory fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gugu de Mendonça couldn't finish the play. Rogelio Abeita kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, De Boedo Vengo's goal looked a bit too open when Gugu de Mendonça came free, but Wawrzyniec Charamut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to De Boedo Vengo getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Norbert Chwalkiewicz hit a great ball. If Gugu de Mendonça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, Road To Glory's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Gheară came free, but Ariel Venerando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute Road To Glory were awarded a corner. Gugu de Mendonça went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Road To Glory's Gugu de Mendonça to fire away a dangerous shot which Wawrzyniec Charamut despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gugu de Mendonça struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Wawrzyniec Charamut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Road To Glory. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norbert Chwalkiewicz got free with Ariel Venerando in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gugu de Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Wawrzyniec Charamut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
