Falconara Albanese's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anibal Lluques was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Paulo Txatxu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dráuzio Pontes's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. In the 15th of the match, Esteve Garin tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Paulo Txatxu got in the way and made a wonderful save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Henrico in the 16th minute of play forced Falconara Albanese's goalkeeper Arne Grabner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Txatxu was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Dráuzio Pontes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dráuzio Pontes really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Paulo Txatxu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dráuzio Pontes's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Dráuzio Pontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Q. T. I.'s Wilfredo Uxio got a free kick in the 26th minute. After 31 minutes of play, Falconara Albanese's Dráuzio Pontes made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Txatxu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd minute of the game Lucas Martínez Quarta made a throw-in which Wawrzyniec Knopek played forward. Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio Pontes in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Bernardino Gonsalve threw the ball into play from the sideline. Falconara Albanese's Wawrzyniec Knopek quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Dráuzio Pontes took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Paulo Txatxu to make any attempt to save it. Q. T. I.'s Jonas Henrico quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lucas Martínez Quarta, made in the 39th minute of the game. Wilfredo Uxio kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Q. T. I.'s Wilfredo Uxio got a free kick in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dráuzio Pontes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Falconara Albanese booed when Q. T. I. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Abascal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 52 played minutes Q. T. I. got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Montrel. In the 53rd minute of the match Esteve Garin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulo Txatxu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The throw-in from Wilfredo Uxio in the 55th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Falconara Albanese's Lucas Martínez Quarta. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txatxu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dráuzio Pontes in the 59th minute of play forced Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Txatxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Pontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Maximino Lorenz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Arne Grabner made a huge save. Kaarlo Menem blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Txatxu having to make a save. Anibal Lluques made in the 86th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Leopoldo Vermudo immediately put the ball in play. Arne Grabner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Vermudo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Falconara Albanese's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Vermudo came free, but Arne Grabner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Falconara Albanese's Arne Grabner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Lluques in the 88th minute of play. After 92 minutes Falconara Albanese's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lisandro Abeita who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Lisandro Abeita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arne Grabner quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Paulo Txatxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaarlo Menem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo Txatxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Goren, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After a rather tough play, Q. T. I.'s Anibal Lluques got a free kick in the 95th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Falconara Albanese fans cheered their team off the field, for while Q. T. I. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
