Ariel Ponc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aureliano Karlo in the 21st minute. The audience was convinced that Aureliano Karlo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ariel Ponc was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Aureliano Karlo made the kick off in the second half. Aureliano Karlo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aureliano Karlo in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariel Ponc saved Villa Mitre City from getting behind. 56 minutes into the match, Aureliano Karlo notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Villa Mitre City's Ariel Ponc. Ariel Ponc was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 59th minute, Aureliano Karlo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ariel Ponc was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. AFC FUSION's supporters rose to their feet, but Guido Txindoki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ariel Ponc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Villa Mitre City's Ariel Ponc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Txindoki in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th minute Flavio Lauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Eztebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85thth minute of the game Guido Txindoki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Mitre City's Ariel Ponc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre City's goal looked a bit too open when Guido Txindoki came free, but Ariel Ponc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
