Paulo Txatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Roldanillo in the 3rd minute of the match. Q. T. I.'s Paulo Txatxu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Q. T. I. from getting a goal against them. Marcial Roldanillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Paulo Txatxu made a huge save. A collision led to Pincha FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Victorio Hondo hit a great ball. After 19 minutes of play, Pincha FC's Marcial Roldanillo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Txatxu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carlos Quentin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Lluques in the 22nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Pincha FC's zone, Anibal Lluques stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Quentin came out of the goal and Anibal Lluques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcial Roldanillo got free with Paulo Txatxu in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcial Roldanillo in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Txatxu saved Q. T. I. from getting behind. In the 31st match minute, Q. T. I. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Raymundo to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Rodrigo Mendebal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pincha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Mendebal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo Txatxu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pincha FC's Carlos Quentin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Lorenz in the 38th minute of play. Marcial Roldanillo took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo Txatxu. Paulo Txatxu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Rodrigo Mendebal kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Anibal Lluques made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Victorio Hondo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Paulo Txatxu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paulo Txatxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Roldanillo in the 60th minute of play. Q. T. I.'s Leopoldo Vermudo was substituted for Jonas Henrico. After a rather tough play, Pincha FC's Jorge Carrascal got a free kick in the 68th minute. Pincha FC made a substitution. Brian NuƱez replaced Everardo Garaile. The supporters of Q. T. I. booed when Pincha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Carrascal didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Silvino in the 72nd minute of play forced Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the game, Marcial Roldanillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Paulo Txatxu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pincha FC made a substitution. Darren McDonald replaced Carlos-Salvador Bilardo. Carlos Quentin came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Q. T. I.'s Maximino Lorenz. But to his dismay, Maximino Lorenz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Paulo Txatxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Silvino, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Paulo Txatxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustin Silvino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Roldanillo in the 93rd minute of play forced Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
