Ariel Venerando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michaël Myers in the 8th minute of play. When Road To Glory's Gugu de Mendonça in 9 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Bonifacio Senon guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Gugu de Mendonça took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Bonifacio Senon to make any attempt to save it. In the 20th minute, Road To Glory's Gugu de Mendonça dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 24th minute, Lucio Abajas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Road To Glory's goal looked a bit too open when Michaël Myers came free, but Ariel Venerando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Azulgranas AFC's Bonifacio Senon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Azulgranas AFC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Road To Glory's Gugu de Mendonça slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bonifacio Senon. That made the score 3-0 after 36 minutes of play. Bonifacio Senon made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Gugu de Mendonça sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Michaël Myers made a kick off. The supporters of Road To Glory booed when Azulgranas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lilko Grúmenov didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Azulgranas AFC defense, Gugu de Mendonça kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bonifacio Senon. The Azulgranas AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bonifacio Senon should have stopped the shot. 72 minutes into the match, Road To Glory's goal looked a bit too open when Michaël Myers came free, but Ariel Venerando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gugu de Mendonça in the 75th minute of play forced Azulgranas AFC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Senon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th match minute, Road To Glory was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Gaspard to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute Gugu de Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bonifacio Senon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Azulgranas AFC booed when Road To Glory was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Guillelmo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Gugu de Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot. Road To Glory's supporters rose to their feet, but Gugu de Mendonça was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bonifacio Senon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Azulgranas AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Road To Glory.
