The De Boedo Vengo fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when De Boedo Vengo's Placido Jenaro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, De Boedo Vengo's Eneas Diez got control of the ball when Agustin Silvino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcial Roldanillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Eneas Diez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Agustin Silvino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eneas Diez came out and tried to block the shot, but Agustin Silvino slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 12th minute. In the 15th minute, Pincha FC's Rodrigo Mendebal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eneas Diez. Eneas Diez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Carlos Quentin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Gheară in the 21st minute of play. Marcial Roldanillo took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eneas Diez. Eneas Diez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. De Boedo Vengo's Eneas Diez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save De Boedo Vengo from getting a goal against them. In the 29th minute, Victorio Hondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st match minute, De Boedo Vengo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Asier to maneuver through the defense. If Marcial Roldanillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norbert Chwalkiewicz in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Quentin saved Pincha FC from getting behind. Carlos Quentin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Ascencio in the 38th minute of play. After 40 minutes Pincha FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cipriano Aresti who took care of the corner kick. In the 44th minute Placido Jenaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Quentin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Gheară in the 46th minute of play forced Pincha FC's goalkeeper Carlos Quentin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcial Roldanillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the De Boedo Vengo defense, Victorio Hondo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eneas Diez. The De Boedo Vengo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eneas Diez should have stopped the shot. 53 minutes into the match, De Boedo Vengo's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Mendebal came free, but Eneas Diez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute there was a penalty for Pincha FC. Agustin Silvino stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Eneas Diez. 6-1. Pincha FC's Darren McDonald was substituted for Carlos-Salvador Bilardo.
