Apostolos Kazantzopoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Fabio Auer made a huge save. After 6 played minutes Austria got a freekick which was hit by Marc Kronecker. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Apostolos Kazantzopoulos took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Fabio Auer to make any attempt to save it. Fabio Schneider charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabio Schneider the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th match minute, Austria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Schneider to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Austria defense, Apostolos Kazantzopoulos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Auer. The Austria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Auer should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Jonas Nalder managed to get in a good position for a shot. Austria's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Nalder was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pavlos Fotiadis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 40 minutes, Vrasidas Rellis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cyprus Eagles AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vrasidas Rellis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dimitris Moularas in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabio Auer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pavlos Fotiadis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandro Galishoff in the 45th minute of the match. Apostolos Kazantzopoulos didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 4-0 via right post in the game's 47th minute. Cyprus Eagles AFC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement!

In the 53rd minute, Markos Katselis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cyprus Eagles AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Austria's Fabio Auer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vrasidas Rellis in the 65th minute of play. After 66 minutes, Dimitris Moularas made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Austria's Fabio Auer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Apostolos Kazantzopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cyprus Eagles AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Apostolos Kazantzopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabio Auer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabio Auer came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Cyprus Eagles AFC's Apostolos Kazantzopoulos. But to his dismay, Apostolos Kazantzopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. 10-0 became the score in the 81st minute when Dimitris Moularas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Austria's goal looked a bit too open when Leonidas Stathis came free, but Fabio Auer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Cyprus Eagles AFC booed when Austria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Riedl didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Vrasidas Rellis notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Austria's Fabio Auer. Fabio Auer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 93 played minutes Cyprus Eagles AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dimitris Moularas. Fabio Auer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apostolos Kazantzopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Austria players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cyprus Eagles AFC.
