Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Clive Shilton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. In the 3rd minute, Fred Tutorskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Eskil Stenkvist put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tommy Kahn. After 13 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Malte Schiele. 19 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gazanfer Canıtez. After 20 minutes, Gazanfer Canıtez made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the game, Frank Sachs cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Clive Shilton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 27th minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fred Tutorskiy got a throw-in 33 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gazanfer Canıtez. In the 36thth minute of the game Gazanfer Canıtez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 38 minutes of play, Germany's Frank Sachs made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clive Shilton was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gazanfer Canıtez in the 42nd minute. Gazanfer Canıtez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Gazanfer Canıtez sent off a good shot on target.
51 minutes into the game, FC LIVERPOOL's Gazanfer Canıtez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. 53 minutes into the game, Albin Holweck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC LIVERPOOL the free kick. Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Gazanfer Canıtez managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC LIVERPOOL's supporters rose to their feet, but Gazanfer Canıtez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in FC LIVERPOOL's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clive Shilton came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Fred Tutorskiy in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Germany's Linus Schwerner. In the 61st match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janik Vogt to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 64 minutes, Gazanfer Canıtez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC LIVERPOOL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gazanfer Canıtez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. FC LIVERPOOL's Gazanfer Canıtez got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thom Easton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 74 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Malte Schiele. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eskil Stenkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 78 minutes into the game, when Sven Krakouer put in a rough tackle. Fred Tutorskiy walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 84th minute Gazanfer Canıtez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gazanfer Canıtez's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 95thth minute of the game Gazanfer Canıtez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC LIVERPOOL fans cheered their team off the field, for while Germany had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
