The Pueblo FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hungary were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Arturo Meier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pueblo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arturo Meier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Katona Janos hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nigel Landreth in the 56th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Balazs Lajos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jamel Shepard having to interfere. After having played for 69 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jamel Shepard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 76th minute, Major Barna made a precise shot to the right of Jamel Shepard. Pueblo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Rolando Dubois received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Balazs Lajos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Jamel Shepard skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th match minute, Pueblo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergio Tripp to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Major Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jamel Shepard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antal Valentin might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jamel Shepard. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antal Valentin ran back to his position shaking his head. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pueblo FC.
