Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute David Eikelkamp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Slazak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Slazak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Eikelkamp, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Edward Slazak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 9th minute of the match. Daniel Hatman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Daniel Hatman tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute, David Eikelkamp made a precise shot to the right of Edward Slazak. FC MARKUS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Edward Slazak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. 23 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edward Slazak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gandalf Head in the 24th minute of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edward Slazak having to interfere. Edward Slazak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 31 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Lars Meesters. After 39 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC MARKUS's Edward Slazak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teobald Jeziorkowski to strike the kick off in the second half. Gustaaf Groeneveldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Wim Wilmes made a precise shot to the right of Edward Slazak. FC MARKUS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. A collision led to FC MARKUS getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Pawel Sikola hit a great ball. Edward Slazak made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. After 66 minutes FC MARKUS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. FC MARKUS's Ksawery Gall quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gust Ennemans, made in the 68th minute of the game. In the 70th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Slazak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. FC MARKUS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gustaaf Groeneveldt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Edward Slazak when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 80 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Netherlands played a much better game than FC MARKUS and deserved their victory. The FC MARKUS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
