In the 78th minute of the match Chevaliers FC got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Willy Stieler thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Tommy Kahn, a very annoying self made goal in the 78th minute which led to 7-0. In the 84th minute, Antonio Navarro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chevaliers FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Antonio Navarro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. 90 minutes into the match, Chevaliers FC's Antonio Navarro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sven Krakouer kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris-George Chevalier in the 93rd minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Chevaliers FC fully deserved thier win.
