Martin Mutumba got in the 9th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Esbjörn Tunander handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Philip Åkerman in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcus Ekrot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. GrassNuts FC's Esbjörn Tunander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save GrassNuts FC from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes into the match, GrassNuts FC's goalkeeper Esbjörn Tunander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emmanuel Dennis. Huang Gang hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute of the match Fernan Berart shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Esbjörn Tunander showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Esbjörn Tunander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Micucci in the 30th minute of play. GrassNuts FC's Esbjörn Tunander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save GrassNuts FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emmanuel Dennis got free with Esbjörn Tunander in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. GrassNuts FC's Esbjörn Tunander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Mutumba in the 38th minute of play. Esbjörn Tunander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Mutumba, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alessandro Micucci in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esbjörn Tunander saved GrassNuts FC from getting behind. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by GrassNuts FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fernan Berart was slow to take the kick. During this time Vykans Vikingar's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Vykans Vikingar's Alessandro Micucci getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Martin Mutumba made the kick off in the second half. When Vykans Vikingar's Martin Mutumba in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Marcus Ekrot came out of the goal and Philip Åkerman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Mutumba in the 66th minute of play forced GrassNuts FC's goalkeeper Esbjörn Tunander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esbjörn Tunander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emmanuel Dennis, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute, Jose Indalecio made a precise shot to the right of Esbjörn Tunander. GrassNuts FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Esbjörn Tunander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessandro Micucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute, Pierre-Emile Højbjerg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
